How to make an anal silicone plug!

For printing use your classic setting with the finest layers possible. Each imperfection of your prints will be reproduced on your silicone object, the finer the layers, the better.

ABS or PLA does not change much, a layer of varnish / resin (epoxy type) to plug all the holes is welcome, and then a small sanding to have a smooth surface.

Then it is silicone casting, prepare your silicone, mix well, pour it in the mold from the top after having tightened both parts (I used bench clamps) and let the indicated time dry . (If you have a doubt, you can let dry longer, have is not at 12 o'clock)

Once dry, with a thin object separate the two parts of the mold, normally your plug should wait for you inside.
There will probably be small imperfections on the junctions, which can easily be removed by pulling a little.

Which silicone to choose?
On the whole, all silicones are neutral for the human body, but be careful anyway, check the labels.
Choose in too soft a step, (I have not tested but the bathroom silicones should be fine in terms of flexibility and simplicity of molding) and try to have the minimum bubbles possible to ensure the solidity Of the object.
