Lukasz Karluk transforms music into digital sculpture
Digital artist Lukasz Karluk seems as fascinated by digital art as he is by its realization in the real world. After many projects mixing digital and real, he decided to focus on sound and its visualization. This desire was materialized through the HoloDecks project: the transformation of a sound equalizer into a 3D file and then into a3D printed model. He did this exercise with the "Zebra" music of Oneohtrix Point Never, for a quite incredible result. And as if that wasn't enough, the artist has also started to add a layer of digital on this 3D printed object. A surprising project where 3D printing is not an end in itself, but a link between real and digital. To find Lukasz Karluk's work, you can follow him on Twitter and Instagram.
