I purchased ORGANIC SHAPE CUTTER FOR POLYMER CLAY EARRING JEWELERY #32 and tried to make it 4 times and each time it ended up in a mess. It builds standing up and there is not enough of the cutter on the build plate.

Hi. I just purchased a polymer cutter file from you to print, it's great..however I also need this file in a mirrored version so that I can make the other pair to the earring. Is this something you're able to do? I cannot just mirror it in Makerbot as it doesn't have the sharp edges. Thanks.

What are the slicer settings for the 24 pk of earrings. It looks like they all do not use the same settings. It took me hours to build a slicer profile for the earrings you had on Thingiverse. I assumed that it would work on the other ones. So please help me out. It took me days and lots of filament to get a good slicer profile.

I ordered the cutter. Cutter is nice but would be great if there would be symetric 2nd Earring too. With just one design its hard to make otherone.

I just purchased cutter number 21 and there is an error on the STL file. It will come up on the slicer that there is an error with the inner cutter and when printed it does not have a smooth edge so not good for cutting. Can you look at this and update the file?

Hello, I recently purchased some of your polymer cutter files, which I love, but have found them to be too thick and they don't cut through the clay very well particularly if you are putting plastic wrap over the clay to create rounded edges. Do you have a thinner version of your cutters available? I would also be interested in quite a few of them in a smaller size too. Regards, Anna

first, i love your earrings. Thats why i used them as inspiration for my polymer clay cutter designs. These cutters are an original creation of mine.
As for the pictures, i didnt mean to bother you, i found them on pinterest, sorry abt that. I'm no longer using them!

Hello. I just purchased your DIY furniture brackets. They’re great and I’m very pleased with the design. Is there any chance you might be able to provide a single 60deg bracket without the 180 on the other side? I tried to modify it in my slicer but it won’t look as nice as your 90 & 120 deg brackets. Would be very helpful for the project I’m making. Thanks!

Hello, I downloaded and made this cutter tonight. It came out without a sharp edge and unable to cut through the clay cleanly. I love your designs and want to get them all but want to work out why it isn't printing correctly for me.

I purchased your 12 pack of cutters. Is it possible to get them all scaled to 50% like number 5? We are trying to make earrings and some are just too big and when I scale them in the slicer the cutting edge gets too small to print.

I purchased the 12 pack of the organic shapes clay cutters and did not get a single STL file, just PDF's. I'm new to this, so am I not doing something correctly?
