We thrilled customers with our 3D printed Dremel chuck grip. So much so that one suggested we design the chuck key grip that actually blows air over the work piece too - so here it is!
We listened, we designed, and we printed. It’s a really good idea - Thank you Phil!
It’s a handy chuck adaptor which is a simple press fit for the Dremel chuck (4486).
It was designed using CAD and 3D printed it for a snug fit.
a) Fast bit changes
b) Blown air to clear debris away from the work piece
c) Additionally can be used to clear the bench of dust
It is very low cost, gives you a lot more speed when it comes to changing bits…and now blows the debris away!

What a fantastic way to get shapes and angles that normal manufacturing is incapable of. This is just the beginning...the coming years will bring many more advancement. It's an exciting time to be designing!
